We are a Cronulla based picnic business that creates stunning, unique, and intimate events for your special occasion – whether that be a birthday, hen’s or buck's party, a Mother’s or Father's Day brunch, a baby shower, gender reveal or just a get together with the important people in your life. We create bespoke picnic settings for small groups, that are tailored to your tastes and needs. You choose the colour scheme, the glassware, and all the extras and we will deliver it to the location of your choice, set it up and pack it down when you leave. All you need to do is show up and enjoy yourself – leave all the hard work to us.

What if it rains?We understand the weather can be unpredictable. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions (extreme colds/winds/rain) on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking once to any future available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule. Otherwise, it is always a good idea to have an indoor back-up plan so you can continue with your event on the scheduled date.

What do we do when we are finished?We will return at the agreed upon time to pack up. Until this time, you are responsible for the items. If you would like to leave early just contact us.

How do we pay for our picnic?We will send you a quote/invoice which is payable by electronic funds transfer from your bank. Depending on how close to the event you book you will be required to pay either a 25% deposit or the balance in full.

Do you accept cash payment on the day?No, we require payment in full by EFT by the date specified on your invoice, prior to the event.

What areas do you service?Currently we service the Sutherland Shire and surrounds. We will consider servicing external areas, however fees may occur. Please reach out so we can discuss the options to suit your needs.
